What this training is, precisely. This is generic best-practice election-administration instruction. Procedures vary by state and by county, and your own jurisdiction's written procedures and statutes always control. Nothing here is legal advice, and completing a track does not by itself authorize anyone to perform any election duty. Where a rule genuinely varies, the lessons say so and point you at your county's manual instead of inventing a number.

How it works

Step 01

Enroll with a code

Your supervisor gives you an enrollment code. You enter your name, your jurisdiction, and the track you're assigned to. No password to forget.

Step 02

Work at your pace

Twelve lessons per track, roughly ten to fifteen minutes each. Stop anywhere and pick it up on any device. Your progress is saved server-side, not just in the browser.

Step 03

Prove it on the exam

Fifteen questions drawing across all four modules. Eighty percent to pass. Four attempts, with a thirty-minute cooldown between them. The answer key is never sent to your browser.

Step 04

Earn the coin

Pass and you're issued a serial-numbered credential that anyone can check on the verification page — plus a challenge coin that ships to you.

The credential

Earned, serial-numbered, and checkable by anyone holding the serial.

Not a diploma. A record of work.

Finish every lesson in your track and pass the exam, and the system issues a certificate with its own serial — something like BB2G-PW-2026-7Q4X9K. The award record is sealed with a SHA-256 hash, so the verification page can show whether the record has been altered since it was issued.

Then you get the coin. Antiqued brass, rope edge, struck in high relief. You keep it because you finished.

Verify a credential

What the credential does and does not attest. It attests that a person holding a valid enrollment code completed the stated coursework and passed the stated exam on the stated date. It does not verify identity — enrollment codes gate access, they do not prove who sat at the keyboard, and we do not proctor. It is not a government certification, it is not accredited, and it does not authorize anyone to perform any election duty. The evidence hash is a seal, not a signature: it proves the record has not been edited, and it does not cryptographically prove that Born Between 2 Generals issued it, because the signing key deliberately does not live in a web deployment.

StrongRoom scope. The custody track teaches procedures around the StrongRoom evidence tooling. StrongRoom is not a voting system and not a tabulation system, and it is not certified under VVSG 2.0. Paper remains authoritative in every procedure taught here.
